What if I can't make it to my appointment?

Cancellation / No Show Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of the price of your scheduled appointment. We rely on our appointments for our livelihood and have held this time just for you. We know life happens and we're willing to meet you half way, if less than 30mins notice is received you will be charged 50 percent of the appointment cost. If we receive no notice at all you will be charged the full price of your appointment to the credit card we have on file. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
